About Matt
  Matt grew up in the rural community of Berkey, Ohio and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BAC in Theater with a support field in Psychology. From there he went on to Intern with the Contemporary American Theatre Company in Columbus, Ohio. While there he participated in over 20 plays, earning his equity card, and appeared in a number of regional television commercials and short films, including POWER-PLEASURE-DESIRE-DISGUST with renowned conceptual artist Barbara Kruger. He also performed as a visiting artist with The Ohio State University in the role of Alexander Pope in the baroque ballet of THE RAPE OF THE LOCK.

  He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA where he works as an actor/writer. Formerly as a standup comic, Matt has appeared in comedy clubs all over North America and Los Angeles including The Comedy Store, The Ice House, and The Hollywood Improv.

  In 2002, Matt appeared in the Taco Bell "S-Class" commercial, which aired during the Super Bowl. His one-act play SPIN CYCLE debuted at the Acme Comedy Theatre in Hollywood as part of Shane and Rowan's Late Night Comedy Sideshow and went on to enjoy a 6 week run at the Odyssey Theater.

  Matt starred in the film comedy THE CROSS-EYED FIDDLIN' YAK, which came out in 2004.

  Most recently, Matt appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live as "Darth Grater"

  Currently, in addition to his acting work, Matt works part time as a voiceover writer.
